My Leadership Journey
​Over my 10+ years as a leader in education, I encountered the challenges of navigating team dynamics, balancing conflicting priorities, and leading through change. Like many leaders, I was promoted for my individual contributions and had to learn leadership on the job—making mistakes and growing through the process.

My journey took a transformative turn at Multiverse, the first mission-driven unicorn, where I led through rapid growth and cultural change. This experience deepened my understanding of leadership and the importance of nurturing talent within a team, solidifying my belief in leadership as a tool for positive change.

Take Shape's Mission
Throughout my career, I often reflected on how proper leadership training could have transformed my early experiences. This inspired me to create Take Shape—a leadership consultancy dedicated to equipping school leaders with the tools to lead with purpose, build meaningful relationships, and create lasting change.
Take Shape is more than a consultancy; it’s a partner for leaders who want to thrive in their roles and leave a lasting impact on their schools and communities.
Leadership Rooted in Relationship
As a qualified coach and facilitator, I believe people are capable of creating their own solutions. My role is to foster a space for open communication and honest reflection, empowering clients to explore new perspectives and overcome challenges.
