Hi, I’m Leah. Over my 10+ years as a leader in education, I navigated the challenges of conflicting priorities, leading through change and managing complex team dynamics. Like many, I learned on the job and made my fair share of mistakes along the way.

My leadership journey took a transformative turn when I joined Multiverse, Europe's fastest-growing ed-tech unicorn. Leading a team of 20+ through rapid growth and cultural change, while partnering with organisations across industries, the impact of strong leadership development was pivotal to our success. During this time, I often reflected about how different my early experiences in education would have been with access to effective leadership training.
